My appointment was scheduled and they took my vehicle right away and fixed recalls and performed a routine service. Facility was clean and workers were polite and friendly.

I had to have a recall repair done on my Honda CRV 2018. All staff was very friendly, courteous, and thorough. Only took about an hour and a half instead of possibly 3 to 4 hours as predicted. Very pleasant encounter for my first time at Shottenkirk Honda in Rome Georgia.

Prompt service

I needed to bring my car back today to replace the water pump. I dropped it off at 8:30 am. Then I was called at noon to tell me that it was already finished. Done quicker than expected.
