I have received excellent service and timely communication during service visits. My service representative, Dalton has been consistent in providing my car’s mileage standards and I feel confident everything was done well when I drive away.

This was our second time working with Dave Arnold and it was a wonderful experience each time. Dave listened to our concerns and made sure the process was not only quick and efficient, but the terms were just what we needed. I highly recommend Dave and will be back to see him again next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

I received a recall notice from Honda on Tuesday & called Stottenkirk. I only had Friday available, to which they replied, "How about 11:00?" It was to take up to 3 hours and they finished well short of it. Today was only the latest in the string of good Stottenkirk experiences.

I had a great experience at Shottenkirk Honda of Rome! They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and made the buying process quick and stress-free. I ended up purchasing a 2022 Civic Sport in the gorgeous Sonic Gray Pearl color, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The sales team was friendly, professional, and made everything simple from start to finish. The only thing I would note is that finance wanted me to add extras like the warranty, GAP coverage, and nitrogen for the tires—which would have added an extra $265 per month to my payment. While I understand it’s part of their process, it did feel a little pressured at times. That said, overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend Shottenkirk Honda of Rome to anyone looking for a new or used car. ***Update*** kind of irritated about the emissions process. They didn’t have a current emissions for the car, and I needed one to get a tag for the car. I was told I would be reimbursed for the test. I made co tact with my salesman, he had me submit the receipt. They got back to me and said they will not reimburse me for the emissions test. That kind of rubbed me the wrong way:
