Dalton at the front desk was awesome and took the time to explain all that was needed for my car during my next visit! Dalton and the Honda team was able to get me in and out quite quickly for my oil change and full inspection, this location is highly recommended!!!

If Shottenkirk doesn’t have what you want, they will find it and send someone to pick it up (in my case - Kentucky)!!!!! Everyone from start to finish was excellent!! Great experience!!

I bought a 2026 CRV in September. Have not had any problems until Wednesday of this week got in the car at the doctor's office turned on the radio and it blasted out of the seat with a loud buzz humming like sound. I took it by the dealership in Rome where I purchased the car they immediately took it in and it did the same thing with them if you've turned on the radio volume switch or anything or if you had a phone call come in through the car it went wild they said they would take care of it service it while they had it there they gave me a loaner car to drive sent me on my way and they kept it until today which is Friday February 13th called and said it was ready to come by and pick it up when I got over there the car was immaculate. Service department was fantastic. They could not find a problem although they had heard it just like I did but they checked it out they could not find the problem and it did not do it again so just hoping that it doesn't they said if I have any more issues to bring it back and they will take care of it. I would recommend Shottenkirk to everyone.

I save $116 by letting the dealership service my transmission. The local transmission specialist wanted $300. Out the door $184 including tax; It blew my mind that the dealership was that much cheaper. Plus the dealership estimated 1.5 hours in service completion; it only took approximately 1 hour maybe less. The local transmission specialist would’ve kept my vehicle all day, maybe 2 days. I’m extremely satisfied!!!

Justin worked with me for about two weeks on my trade-in and was very patient throughout the process. When the truck I originally wanted sold, he gave me time to look and find something else with no pressure at all, which I really appreciated. Since I had to drive an hour and a half to the dealership and the truck was at the Cartersville location, he made everything easy—arranged for us to drive there, test drive the truck, and then come back to complete everything. Negotiations took some work and there wasn’t much movement at first, but we were able to come to an agreement and everything worked out well. There are two small dings in the windshield that they are supposed to fix, so I’m trusting that will be handled. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would work with Justin again in the future.

This is the second car that I have purchased from here in the last 10 years. Some of the best prices, and one of the easiest places to do business. My grandfather, dad, and friend have purchased from here. I continually recommend this location. I do plan to return to purchase another vehicle in the future
