Dropped my Odyssey for service today. I had scheduled an appointment and they were ready and waiting for me. Gavin drove me to work and picked me up. He was delightful company and made me feel safe in the shuttle. Great experience.

Great experience today at Shottenkirk Honda service. I pulled right up, was promptly greeted and taken care of. I did not wait but I received a text within 45 min saying my vehicle was done. This is my second time here and always very pleased!

Very nice people to deal with so far. I bought a new car from them and the deal was pretty easy and straightforward. I had a couple of recalls and they handled it with ease. They told me on the phone it was gonna take 2 hours but I guess they done so many, it only took an hour.
