I had to have a recall repair done on my Honda CRV 2018. All staff was very friendly, courteous, and thorough. Only took about an hour and a half instead of possibly 3 to 4 hours as predicted. Very pleasant encounter for my first time at Shottenkirk Honda in Rome Georgia.

Dave, the management team, and the finance team went out of their way to make sure everything worked out on buying my new CRV. They even made sure i could afford the extended warranty. Nicole called to see how everything was going after the sale, WOW!!!. There should be a lot more caring dealers like Shottenkirk!!

I needed to bring my car back today to replace the water pump. I dropped it off at 8:30 am. Then I was called at noon to tell me that it was already finished. Done quicker than expected.
