this morning i received an oil change and my free ceramic coating that came with the purchase of my car. the waiting was longer than anticipated maybe because of the coating but it was fine because i did a drop off. my car is so shiny and clean and drives like i just purchased it. the customer service was nice besides the older lady in the inside, she wasnt very welcoming. i will be returning to the maintenance side!

I had an outstanding experience with Shattenkirk Honda in Rome, Georgia, and especially with Dalton, who took great care of me. I was over 1,000 miles from home on a long road trip when my 2018 Honda Accord 2.0T began experiencing hard-start issues, requiring multiple engine turnovers before starting. This started shortly after a fuel pump recall service had been completed elsewhere the day prior, which made the situation even more stressful. I drove in on a Friday, and Dalton immediately stepped in and handled everything professionally and efficiently. He was able to get my car into service quickly and arranged a loaner vehicle for the two days my car was being worked on. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the issue was completely resolved. Being so far from home, the level of service, attention, and reassurance Dalton and the team at Shattenkirk Honda provided really meant a lot. Everything was fixed, and I was back on the road with confidence. I highly recommend Shattenkirk Honda—and Dalton in particular—for exceptional customer service.
