I've been using this dealership for years, and bought my current car from them 5 years ago. They are thorough, making sure I understand recommendations and always make sure I know about the charges before proceeding. I'd not go anywhere else to get another Honda, should I ever need another. Keri is the checking in point and she is wonderful.

I had a great experience with Shottenkirk Honda of Rome. I had called about the Honda Pilot I purchased. Chum sent me a video of car and gave me all the details about it. It was late Saturday evening when I got there. However, when I got to the dealership Chum was with another customer. Brady Dawson helped us with several Hondas I wanted to drive. He never pressured me about any of the vehicles. I ended up purchasing the Honda Pilot. He answered all our questions we had. He was very professional. After we made the deal we were done and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend anyone to them. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend their service department. Heritage Honda service does a great job taking care of my 2014 Honda Pilot. Ginger is awesome and takes pride in doing her job. Great customer service.
