Satisfied with service

They got me checked in quickly and had to wait for a part so gave me a rental like the one I had. The issue was fixed and got my vehicle back. The did an excellent job especially Kerrie the service person who handled the transaction. While I rarely need their services it has always been handled very well or excellently. I would recommend them.

I bought a 2026 CRV in September. Have not had any problems until Wednesday of this week got in the car at the doctor's office turned on the radio and it blasted out of the seat with a loud buzz humming like sound. I took it by the dealership in Rome where I purchased the car they immediately took it in and it did the same thing with them if you've turned on the radio volume switch or anything or if you had a phone call come in through the car it went wild they said they would take care of it service it while they had it there they gave me a loaner car to drive sent me on my way and they kept it until today which is Friday February 13th called and said it was ready to come by and pick it up when I got over there the car was immaculate. Service department was fantastic. They could not find a problem although they had heard it just like I did but they checked it out they could not find the problem and it did not do it again so just hoping that it doesn't they said if I have any more issues to bring it back and they will take care of it. I would recommend Shottenkirk to everyone.

The experience was awesome.. Cesar the salesman that helped me, excellent customer service and helpful, Sherry excellent in explaining everything. I my situation was extremely difficult but they managed to get me approved for the vehicle I wanted.. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who has challenged credit but remember a substantial down payment will definitely get you approved.. Honda vehicles are very reliable.. Just keep the recommended maintenance up on your Honda and it will last for years to come.. If I had to purchase again I will got to this dealership to buy.. Have A Great Day
