Used the shuttle service and the guy was friendly. Michael, the service advisor, was informative and made sure I got my vehicle back when needed.

I went to several dealerships in Rome, GA and some said I was good but obviously wanted more down which I didn't have at the moment. The sweetest lady (please forgive me I can't remember her name) called and told her my situation and she said, "well, let us try, it doesn't hurt to at least try" the reason she said that was because I told her that I didn't think they could help with me with all the negative equity I had on the car I wanted to trade-in (from EasyAuto iykyk) but I went in just to see & left the same day with no co-signer or more than I had on me to pay down with a 2024 beauty. Shout out to CHUM (& that sweet lady.. I'll edit her name in once I get it)
